Please join AIA Dallas and AD EX for a special Coffee & Conversation about the future City of Dallas Historic Preservation Policy. Julia Ryan, Director of Planning + Urban Design, will share the planning process and vision for this policy. We’ll also hear from Aaron Abelson, managing principal of HR&A Advisors, Inc.; Norman Alston, FAIA, president of Preservation Dallas; and Courtney Spellicy, vice chair of Dallas Landmark Commission. Dallas has a complicated history with historic preservation and neighborhood revitalization. A well-designed and thoughtfully implemented plan is important, and it needs input from neighbors, advocates, and experts to be crafted correctly.
This is a hybrid event. A virtual option is available to those who cannot join us in person at the AD EX – REGISTER HERE. In person attendees do not need to register in advance.
