L.A. Fuess & Ponce Fuess FFF5K Training Run & Walk at Pegasus City Brewery

Join the 2021 Form Follows Fitness 5K presented by Blackson Brick for our first FREE training run/walk hosted by L.A. Fuess Partners & Ponce-Fuess Engineering at Pegasus City Brewery! Get in shape for the race or use this event to conquer the L.A. Fuess & Ponce-Fuess 30 Minute Run/Walk Form Follows Fitness Challenge and of course have a great time!

After our workout we will celebrate with two free brews (must be 21 bring I.D.) and BBQ sandwiches all brought to you by L.A. Fuess Partners, Ponce-Fuess Engineering, the Architecture and Design Exchange and the Form Follows Fitness 5K! Registration is free, but we certainly ask that make a donation to AD EX to help us reach our 10 year, $1,000,000 goal for funding programs and scholarships!

Training Run Schedule:
Doors Open: 5:30PM
Check In: 5:30PM-6:30PM & once you are checked in you can start your run/walk
Brews/BBQ & Mingle: 6:00PM-8:30PM
