Klyde Warren Park

Experience architecture hands-on and “Build Your City” from the ground up. You’ll be given your own plot of “land” to build on. What kind of building will you design and create? What materials will you use? How does it fit into your neighborhood? As you construct buildings, parks, and bridges, you’ll learn how a city comes together and what makes them great.

This free come and go activity is fun for all ages. Stay for a minute or a while!

From Grocery Store to Education: Tour the Cityscape Early Childhood Center

Built in the 1960s as the original location of the Minyard grocery store chain, Agent Architecture has redesigned this building to serve as a model facility for 3- and 4-year-old students. Inside, it features 10 classrooms with abundant natural light and includes common learning, reading, and activity spaces. The Center’s site, formerly a large surface parking lot, has been transformed into a large outdoor play and learning environment.
